It's been forever since I've posted ANYTHING! I'm proud to say that I've been using myfitnesspal and I have lost 15lbs. It excites me to have seen progress so quickly- 1 month! I've just got to keep it up. Keep sending some good mojo my way!

Shamed by my gain, but turning over a new leaf

So, with a shameful declaration I am sad to admit that from last summer to now I have gain a total of 50lbs since being of the BB program. Mostly do to my poor eating habits, my ankle surgery, and my broken pinky toe. All excuses to say I've been lazy. This time I'm stepping it up by joining myfitnesspal.com which is a free program that is synched to your smart phone so you can keep up to date on your computer on away from home. With the help of that and habitforge.com (to remind myself to abstain from sweets and drink more water) I've lost a pound in 3 days! Go me!
